Getting started
Start by comparing programs and prices on our pricing page. Select the package that fits your goals, complete secure checkout through Stripe, then complete your clinical intake through Uniloop for licensed clinician review. Treatment is recommended only if a clinician determines it is appropriate.
You can review all program prices on our website without creating an account. After you select a program, payment is processed through Stripe and clinical intake is completed through Uniloop before provider review.

Treatment and care
No. A licensed clinician determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate based on your health information, history, medications, and safety factors. Payment or order submission does not guarantee prescription approval.
Your clinician considers your assessment responses, medical history, current medications, safety factors, and labs where indicated. Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies ([TBD — pharmacy name(s)]).
Yes. A clinician may adjust, pause, or stop treatment based on your response, side effects, or safety. Your care team is available for follow-up throughout your program.
Billing and shipping
Yes. All program starting prices are shown upfront on our website before you commit to a plan. ELIVE RX does not accept insurance; pricing is direct-pay and all-inclusive for the programs listed.
